I had the worst experience with them among all the clinic I have ever visited in my 30+ years in USA!!! I would give 0 star if I could! Check on online for complains and law suits first before you book with them. It will save you! I had implant and invisalign treatments with them. This is a place that doesnt keep records for patients - other online reviews also pointed it out. When things happened they would tell you that we had no records. In my case, my implant was pulled out due to infection, my crown was poked with a small hole on the bottom on the tongue side by the technician using a bulky scanner and was promosed to fix later. Plus the worst thing was their technician put attachments for invisalign treatment on the wrong places that caused me very bad toothache that I couldn't eat on that side and couldn't wear my trays for many hours. Besides, my teeth were turned to the wrong directions - the sequential panoramic x-rays can show those clearly. After I figured it out myself why my teeth turned wrong and pointed it to the dentist on duty that day, he agreed with me and got rid of the attachment and asked a technician to reattach it. But it was still on the wrong place. This dentist saw me again and got rid of three wrongfully attached attachments and said they would put attachments back for next new scanning anyway after I finished my last tray. However when I came back they told me they have done with me. I brought up all my above concerns and refused to have the attachments removed and retainer made, they said no records about all of them. When I sent them the picture of the antibiotics med they prescribed for me for treating infection, they abruptly kicked me out. They have collected the money for getting rid the attachments and have the retainers made but they refused to refund me. I had to spend more money to have these done.To the office manager: Dont say that I was not treated by your office for implant and invisalign. You know who I am. This is just my Google account. Even though you have moved your office from West Des Moines to Urbandale, I still know who you guys are!

My daughter has been my dental hygienist for the past 20 years and has decided to stay at home with her kiddos, therefore I needed to try a new hygienist. I was pretty apprehensive and thought I’ll make the 2 hour drive , have one last appointment then find someone in my. Lacy was my hygienist . She was amazing!!! She was knowledgeable, gentle, informative and thorough. The best part was that I felt like I was sitting there with my daughter. Lacy exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be making the two hour drive. Lacy, you’re my new hygienist and I couldn’t be more pleased.I am not one to leave reviews, but I felt my experience was note worthy.

Update: They removed my attachments. The care staff was great. The office side is where my issue lies.I had a very frustrating experience with my orthodontic treatment here. I paid in full for an unlimited Invisalign-style plan, but my case was later closed without my knowledge. I was told at my last visit to finish my current trays and that they would order more or remove the attachments afterward.Now I am being told I must pay additional fees just to have the orthodontic attachments removed and to receive retainers, which I believed were included in my original treatment plan.After being in trays for several years and going through multiple refinements, this has been extremely disappointing and stressful. Communication has been poor, and I do not feel my treatment was handled professionally or with clear expectations. I would encourage others to get everything in writing and ask detailed questions about what happens at the end of treatment.

My wife and were pleased with the staff and quality of care. The slow rating resulted from them dropping our insurance carrier, not telling us of this event, and then failing to assist or negotiate on our last appointment. We paid the bill but immediately changed dentists. Sorry for the low review but this was unacceptable.

I have been going to Plaza Dentist for years despite the turnover. I recently received a paper in the mail saying I can no longer be a patient without any explanation. I have always paid up front for every visit which has never been cheap. They no longer accept Delta Delta so you must pay upfront. Lacey has always been my hygienist and she is great! However when I was supposed to have a cap put on and my blood pressure went way high after the meds they gave me. The DR wanted me to try and do the procedure with a high bp and I refused and went to the ER instead. So maybe that is why. Regardless I am always going to look out for my own safety and you think that is what they would want also..So if that is the case. I am glad I am no longer a patient. If this is how they are treating people, I dont see how they will stay in business for long!
